LMNTRIX is expanding in the UK, and we’re looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Growth - a proven builder who thrives on challenge, leads with creativity, and delivers measurable impact. This is not a role for someone looking to manage what’s already built - it’s for someone ready to build, own, and scale a business.

You’ll shape LMNTRIX’s presence across the UK market, driving growth through a mix of strategic insight, hands-on execution, and relentless curiosity.

What You’ll Do

Own the market: spearhead LMNTRIX’s UK go-to-market strategy across direct enterprise clients and channel partners.

Build and execute: design and deliver growth campaigns, pipelines, and partnerships that generate consistent and scalable revenue.

Lead from the front: engage with boards, CISOs, and strategic partners, articulating LMNTRIX’s value in a way that resonates with both technical and commercial leaders.

Develop partnerships that scale: identify, onboard, and empower channel and MSSP partners to extend LMNTRIX’s reach and capability.

Operationalize success: define repeatable processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to create a high-performing regional business unit.

Represent LMNTRIX: be the face of our brand at major cybersecurity events, conferences, and client briefings.

A strategic communicator: equally comfortable pitching to a CISO, advising a partner CEO, or influencing a board.

A disciplined executor: structured, data-driven, and accountable for measurable outcomes.

A cybersecurity native: experienced in selling or delivering services such as MDR, MXDR, SOC, or consulting.
