Product Manager (EMS – Hospitality SaaS)

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000

Location: UK – Fully Remote

Company Overview

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS provider within the hospitality space, helping hotels and resorts increase revenue and guest satisfaction through seamless digital experiences.

Their platform enables guests to browse and book onsite experiences such as spa treatments, golf, memberships, and activities all with real-time availability, integrated payments, and a unified booking journey.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of Product Ownership and Business Analysis. Reporting directly to the Senior Product Leadership, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to translate customer needs and business requirements into well-defined user stories, detailed specifications, and clear delivery priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in delivery, managing backlogs, and ensuring every release delivers measurable value to users. The Experience Management System (EMS) is a B2B2C product, connecting hotel operations with guests through intuitive, real-time booking and management tools.

Product Manager (EMS – Hospitality SaaS) - Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the backlog for the Experience Management System (EMS), ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritised, and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders across customer success, engineering, and commercial teams to gather and refine product requirements.
Translate complex requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support sprint planning and delivery.
Work with design and engineering to ensure user flows and feature specifications are fully understood before development begins.
Act as the product expert within delivery teams, clarifying priorities and providing quick feedback during sprints.
Support integrations with PMS and other third-party systems to enhance functionality and automation.
Review completed work to confirm alignment with requirements and user expectations.
Monitor and analyse product usage data, gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement and backlog refinement.
Contribute to release planning and documentation to ensure smooth communication with internal teams and customers.

Product Manager (EMS – Hospitality SaaS) - Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within a SaaS or technology environment.
Background in Hotel Software or Hospitality Technology is essential.
Experience with payments or payment integrations is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story creation.
Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, customer success).
Familiarity with PMS integrations, booking logic, or real-time availability systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and prioritise effectively based on impact.
