What’s a typical day?

Identifying and documenting business needs by collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements.
Producing clear deliverables: process documentation, use cases, and functional/non-functional requirements.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders—marketing, product teams, and other customers—to facilitate workshops.
Supporting Product Owners with prioritization and coordination.
Participating in continuous improvement for deliverable quality and friction reduction.
Proposing solutions to optimize analysis and delivery.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 5-10 years as a business analyst in complex environments.
Have prior experience with web projects (CMS implementation/migration).
Know BABOK framework; CBAP or PMI-PBA is an asset.
Are skilled in analysis, synthesis, and communication.
Are organized, rigorous, results-oriented.
Thrive in multidisciplinary, collaborative teams.
Are fully bilingual in French and English (mandatory).

Vos missions quotidiennes :

Identifier et documenter les besoins d’affaires par collecte, analyse et formalisation des exigences.
Produire des livrables clairs : documentation de processus, cas d’utilisation, exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles.
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes (marketing, produits, autres clients), faciliter des ateliers.
Soutenir les Product Owners pour la priorisation et la coordination.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des livrables et à la réduction des frictions.
Proposer des solutions pour optimiser l’analyse et la livraison.

Ce poste est pour vous si :

Vous avez 5 à 10 ans d’expérience comme analyste d’affaires en environnements complexes.
Vous avez une expérience en projets Web (implémentation/migration CMS).
Vous maîtrisez le référentiel BABOK ; CBAP ou PMI-PBA est un atout.
Vous excellez en analyse, synthèse et communication.
Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), orienté(e) résultats.
Vous aimez collaborer au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires.
Vous êtes bilingue français et anglais (obligatoire).
