We are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Intern to support capital raising and investor engagement efforts, with a specific focus on family offices and private funds. This role is ideal for an MBA student or recent graduate with experience in financial services, investor relations, or fundraising - and a deep interest in the family office ecosystem.

You will collaborate directly with senior professionals on active transactions, investor targeting, and outreach campaigns.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-level investors and contribute to live fundraising efforts while building a tangible portfolio of memos, campaign outcomes, and pipeline progress.

* Note that this is an unpaid internship with potential for commissions on sales generated.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage family offices, venture funds, and institutional investors.
Execute multi-channel targeted outreach; build multistep sequences.
Attend industry events and conferences to build a network of leads.
Manage CRM workflows in PipeDrive: update pipelines, track activities and next steps, maintain clean data, and report weekly funnel metrics.
Own investor follow-ups and meeting hygiene: notes, action items, and scheduling.
Assist with pitch materials, one-page investor memos, and light virtual data room organization.
Conduct research on investor interests, mandates, and market trends; produce concise snapshots.
Drive efficiency using AI tools for research, drafting, enrichment, and prioritization; support no-code automations with Zapier/Make.com and Pipedrive CRM integrations.

Requirements
Local to NY Metropolitan area
Start: Early November 2025 (applications reviewed on a rolling basis).
Strong interest in investor relations, private markets, and family offices.
Hands-on experience with cold outreach, email campaigns, and CRM tools; familiarity with funnel management and reporting.
Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented; comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Clear, professional communicator; confident engaging senior stakeholders.
Bonus: Prior exposure to family offices, GP/LP fundraising, or allocator networks. Past campaign management experience is a plus.

Tools
CRM: Pipedrive for pipelines, activities, stages, and reporting.
Outreach: LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequencing tools.
Productivity: PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets.
Automation/AI: Zapier/Make.com, CRM Pipedrive integrations, and AI research/drafting assistants.

Compensation
Unpaid internship with potential for commissions on sales generated.
