Account Executive – FinTech SaaS | UK Based (Commutable to London)

Our client is a fast-growing global fintech pioneer empowering banks and financial institutions to deliver data-driven customer experiences through AI-powered insights and automation. The company partners with leading financial brands worldwide to transform digital banking engagement and drive measurable customer growth.

We are seeking a high-impact Account Executive to drive new business across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions in Europe.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on enterprise-level SaaS sales within the banking and fintech ecosystem. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with C-level stakeholders, and close large-scale ARR deals that transform digital banking experiences across the region.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years selling complex fintech solutions directly to Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks
Proven track record in selling enterprise deals
Existing relationships and network within Tier 1–2 banks
Experience consistently exceeding quota
Based in the UK, ideally commutable distance to London

Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with major financial institutions
Develop and execute new business strategies for multi-year SaaS deals
Build deep relationships with C-level decision makers and position high-impact digital solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored value propositions
