Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We’re partnering with an innovative startup transforming Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraud prevention for financial institutions and enterprises. The company leverages AI, machine learning, and real-time analytics to provide actionable insights that prevent financial crime and ensure regulatory compliance.
As the CTO, you’ll be a strategic technology leader, working closely with executive leadership to define and execute the company’s technology vision. You’ll drive product innovation, build a world-class engineering organization, and ensure that technology solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy, including product roadmap, infrastructure, and engineering operations.
• Lead the development of AML and fraud detection platforms using AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and data analytics.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team while establishing processes, best practices, and a culture of innovation.
• Ensure technology and products comply with global AML, KYC, and financial regulations.
• Oversee architecture, security, and infrastructure to maintain a resilient, scalable, and secure platform.
Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Technology), ideally in fintech, AML, fraud detection, or cybersecurity.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, data analytics, cloud computing, and enterprise-scale software development.
• Deep knowledge of AML, KYC, fraud detection processes, and financial regulations.
• Proven experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
