Location: Ipswich (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £31,000 – £34,000 per annum
6 Month Fixed Term Contract (Potential to go permanent)

Our client, a market-leading organisation, is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across its UK operations and is seeking a Project & Change Support Analyst to help deliver this exciting journey.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in business analysis, project support, or change management who’s keen to gain hands-on exposure to a large-scale D365 implementation project.

Role Overview

Support the rollout and adoption of D365 across multiple business areas
Assist with process mapping, documentation, and impact assessments
Coordinate & track change requests, ensuring accurate project documentation
Prepare training materials, user guides, and internal communication
Support workshops and user training sessions
Monitoring user feedback and adoption to identify improvement opportunities

Essential Experience

Demonstrable experience working within a similar role (BA, PM, etc)
D365 (CRM or ERP modules)
Requirements gatherin, process mapping & gap analysis
Confident using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or Visio
Familiarity with PowerBI
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
