Role: QA Engineer (API Testing)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration:contract

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for REST APIs using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Execute and manage API test automation suites to ensure robust backend validation.
Conduct functional, performance, and load testing across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify and report application security vulnerabilities and assist in remediation efforts.
Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to improve system performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

REST API Test Automation - 2–5 Years
API Testing Automation - 5–10 Years
Functional Testing - 2–5 Years
Load Testing - 2–5 Years
Performance Testing - 2–5 Years

Nice to Have:

Application Security Testing (2–5 Years)
