Job Specifications

The Business Operations Specialist will support the Supply Expansion and Customer Experience teams to improve overall performance. The BO Specialist will work cross-functionally on projects, collaborating with the team to ensure effective execution and achievement of goals.

The BO Specialist has a deep understanding of Wecasa's operations to support operational teams. This role involves an understanding of the internal tools used daily, as well as strong analytical skills to provide relevant business insights to team leads and managers.

The Business Operations Specialist reports to the Lead Business Operations and works closely with the Customer Experience and Supply Expansion teams.

Processes & Tools

Improve our current processes and elaborate future sales and customer experience processes alongside heads of and team leaders
Implement our no-code tools (CRM + Ticketing), improve our knowledge of these tools and explore new opportunities
Monitor relevant tools, analyze the potential impact of their deployment, and recommend the best solutions.

Analytics

Build dashboards to track the performance of teams and tools.
Deep dive into the data to identify pain points, design test frameworks and measure project impacts
Ensure data consistency for accurate reporting

Project Management

Collect and identify optimisation needs from operational teams.
Define project scopes and priorities to maximize impact while controlling costs.
Coordinate internal teams' contributions to ensure successful project delivery, including tech and product resources.
