What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise security architecture across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
Architect and oversee the implementation of complex security solutions aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior security engineers and cross-functional teams
Drive continuous improvement of security operations through automation and process optimization
Develop and deliver security awareness and technical training programs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience in enterprise security engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior technical role
Advanced knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, CMMC, DFARS, ITAR)
Proven track record of leading large-scale security initiatives and architectural decisions
Strong technical writing skills for documentation and policy development

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Master's degree in a related field
Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISM
Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
