Job Specifications

Freelance Full-Stack Web Developer

Location: Marlow, Bucks (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week)

Start: ASAP (within 2 weeks ideal)

Contract: approx 3 months with chance for further work

Commitment: Flexible, likely 3 days per week

Rate: DOE but around 250-300 pounds per day

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of key integrations and feature development for a start-up Ecommerce Marketplace platform. You’ll work closely with the Founders and Operations team to deliver fast, reliable improvements that enhance performance and automation. A full handover will be provided by the outgoing developer who is relocating.

Tech Stack

TypeScript React / Node.js
Sanity.io CMS

Key Focus Areas

Integrate user data and workflows with Hubspot CRM
Build and manage APIs and webhooks
Connect with third-party logistics (3PL) for order management
Develop shipping and tracking integrations (MyDPD API)
Create WhatsApp Business API automation flows
Extend marketplace functionality (e.g. bundled orders in checkout)

What We’re Looking For

Strong full-stack skills (React, Node.js, REST APIs) 2 years commercial experience minimum
Experience with third-party integrations and workflow automation
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup or small-team environment
