SAP HCM & PY SME – UK Payroll Specialist (inside IR35)

Location: UK (100% remote)

Contract Type: contract/freelance

Start Date: ASAP

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven hands-on experience with SAP ECC HCM modules, especially:
Personnel Administration
Organisation Management
Time Management
UK Payroll
Strong exposure to:
Personnel Management, Training & Event Management, Performance Management
ABAP (ideally with hands-on programming)
SAP CPI and integration with other SAP/3rd party systems
Track record of:
4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations or upgrades
2+ support pack rounds
Mentoring junior team members

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with SAP Basis, Security, SAP PI
Experience with SAP Workflows
Programming knowledge in JavaScript or Groovy Script
