ITSM / EUC / Service Management

Initial 5 Week Contract

£475-500 per day, Outside IR35

Hybrid - Some site visits to Cardiff and Basingstoke

Our exclusive Consulting partner urgently requires the services and a Contract Business Analyst with strong ITSM, EUC and Service Management experience.

This project is an As-Is discovery piece, within the EUC area - IT service / IT ops!

We need a Contract Technical Business Analyst to come in and run workshops with 5/6 different members of the team to understand their role, responsibilities, activities they complete, and how much time on project work and BAU.

BAU is the completion of different tickets, in addition we need to understand the end to end processes for the BAU activity.

The aim of the project is a need to optimize process as well as understand the end to end, also to understand the systems or tech they use to complete the process, and if there are hand offs to other departments or third parties and what these are.

We need a BA with a Service Management background, who can give recommendations on where clear bottlenecks and issues with the as-is process.
