Job Summary
The Commercial Data & Enablement Associate supports the sales motion of the Konnecto platform by combining data accuracy, insights, and sales enablement expertise. You'll help ensure our commercial teams have the tools, data, and intelligence they need to win business and deliver value to clients. This role focuses on building competitor sets, mapping product taxonomies, running structured QA, and surfacing insights that drive meaningful action for Affiliate Managers and Marketing teams.
What You'll Be Doing
Sales Enablement & Toolkits
Create and customize technical demos, presentations, and product simulations using Konnecto.
Define competitor sets, product categories, and keyword frameworks to enhance commercial storytelling.
Maintain organized, current, and accessible pre-sales materials.
Data Quality & Analysis
Monitor data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of affiliate performance metrics.
Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Conduct structured QA on dashboards to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Manage dashboard alerts, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization based on client needs.
Insights & Reporting
Leverage Konnecto dashboards to surface actionable insights for advertisers — including conversion share trends, coverage gaps, new partnership opportunities, optimization opportunities, and link auditing.
Update internal reports on customer onboarding status and account health, highlighting potential risks and performance trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to stay informed on platform updates and translate insights into compelling sales assets.
Collaborate with R&D to automate manual processes and accelerate dashboard setup.
Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience and alignment between sales, success, and data teams.
Process Improvement & Client Success
Identify and implement best practices to streamline pre-sales, data monitoring, and QA workflows.
Partner with internal teams to address client feedback and continuously improve dashboard functionality.
Proactively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
Technical Aptitude: Confident with AI-driven platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools. Strong Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides skills; SQL a plus.
Analytical Strength: Ability to interpret raw data, identify trends, and turn insights into action.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous, precise, and consistent in reviewing technical and data materials.
Communication Skills: Able to explain complex technical information in a simple, client-friendly way.
Collaboration: A proactive, resourceful team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Solution-Oriented: You don't just identify issues — you propose effective, data-backed solutions.
Self-Starter: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in evolving contexts.
Preferred Background: Experience in customer success, sales enablement, customer support, or consulting, ideally within a technology or SaaS company.
