We are seeking an Account Manager (french speaking) to join our dynamic Paris office. If you are a strategic thinker with exceptional client relationship management skills and a background in the creative and design industry, we want to hear from you.

This role involves driving business growth, managing client projects, and leading a talented team to deliver outstanding results.

Your Responsibilities

Business development:

Expand and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and strategic outreach.

Client and project management:

Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Create and manage project budgets, coordinating with the General Manager and administrative team.
Supervise the creative process, including briefing, team organization, progress tracking, presentations, and final deliveries.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular feedback, debriefs, and reports.

Economic management:

Generate monthly financial reports for ongoing projects.
Monitor industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and implement strategies for effective client engagement and business growth.

Communication channels:

Ensure all managed projects are showcased on Angelini Design’s website, presentations, digital platforms, and social media.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

Solid experience in the creative agencies sector with strategic planning and commercial capabilities.
Experience in print and brand design environments.
Proven experience in client relationship management and team leadership within creative agencies.
Strong leadership qualities that inspire and motivate your team.
Ability to drive clients, the team, and the agency towards productive outcomes.
Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Genuine love for visual arts and sensitivity to the graphic design world.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
