Oracle Cloud Financials Lead

Day Rate: £675 Inside IR35

Duration: 12 Months (ASAP START)

Remote (HO: Hertfordshire)

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Financials Lead to join a large, enterprise-scale organisation and play a key role in ensuring the effective performance, stability, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Cloud Financials across multiple business areas. You'll strive in fast paced environments, and are used to working in large transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Lead expert for Oracle Cloud Financials, particularly across GL, AP, and AR
Assist Finance teams during month-end close and maintain data integrity throughout financial processes
Deliver small change initiatives from requirements gathering through to testing (UAT) and deployment
Partner closely with the Managed Service Provider and internal Finance stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise system use
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades, performing impact assessments and coordinating testing activities
Provide user support, training, and best practice guidance to Finance system users

Experience & Skills Required:

Extensive hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials within large / complex organisations
Strong understanding of core finance cycles, including period close and financial reporting processes
Experience working within ITIL-driven service environments
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
