CRM Executive
Location: Harold Hill, Romford, office based role

About the role:
Linzi is a growing fashion footwear and accessories brand with a strong digital presence and loyal community. We design in-house, own our factories, and pride ourselves on style, comfort, quality, and value. As CRM Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our customer lifecycle across email and app. You’ll focus on strengthening customer loyalty, driving repeat purchase, and increasing lifetime value through thoughtful, data-led and brand-led communications that engage and retain our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Email Marketing
Plan, build, test, and schedule weekly email campaigns
Manage segmentation, personalisation, and customer journeys
A/B test creative, messaging, and send strategies
Monitor deliverability and list health, ensuring best practice is followed
Automation & Retention
Maintain and optimise lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, loyalty, etc.)
Collaborate with the E-commerce Assistant to enhance the customer experience across the site and app
Drive engagement with the loyalty programme and support referral and VIP strategies
Support product launches, seasonal moments, and wider brand campaigns
Data & Reporting
Track and report on CRM performance weekly and monthly
Monitor key retention metrics including conversion rate, repeat rate, AOV, CLV, unsubscribes, and email-driven revenue
Generate insights and recommend actions based on performance data
Collaboration
Work closely with Creative & Brand to brief assets and align communications to seasonal and brand campaigns
Partner with the Paid Media team to align audiences and learnings
Ensure brand tone of voice and customer experience remain consistent across all touchpoints
Experience
2–4 years’ experience in CRM, retention, or digital marketing (fashion/e-commerce preferred)
Hands-on experience with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)
Strong segmentation and personalisation skills
Confident interpreting data and identifying customer insights
Experience running A/B tests and reporting on results
Excellent attention to detail and strong copy sense
Proactive, organised, and collaborative, with a passion for great customer experience
