Change Experience Lead- Contract -Hybrid -Toronto/ Mississauga

About the opportunity:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity.

* Outstanding project management skills and ability to flex and multitask in a shifting environment. Takes a proactive approach to anticipating needs and leads with recommendations.

* Expertise in business partnering and consulting to determine client/customer needs and build effective relationships.

* Knowledge of emerging and evolving technologies. Ability to understand technical jargon and distill into simple consumer-facing communications & learning.

* Knowledge and experience working with change management practices and instructional design methodologies.

* Experience in working according to Agile methodologies.

* English working expert.

* BA/BS degree (required).

* Master's degree or equivalent education/work experience in a related field (preferred)

* At least five years of relevant experience in communication or organisational change Management.

Mandatory Skills you need

* Stakeholder Engagement / Management (Senior and Business Stakeholders)

* OCM Strategy Creation / Execution / Communication

* Technical aptitude and the ability to transfer into non-technical tangible items

Nice to have skills

* Marketing Skills

* Experience with Program-level OCM
