What we are looking for: We are accepting applications for intern, co-op, and summer student opportunities from motivated and talented individuals who are current students or recent graduates. Internship And Co-ops

Requirements: Currently enrolled in a 2 to 4 year degree program in Agriculture, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2026 or later.
Locations/Terms: (Dates can be adjusted to coincide with school terms)
Co-op or internship starting in January, May, or September 2026 for 4,8,12 or 16 months.

Programs:
Emerging Talent Program - The Emerging Talent Program is Nutrien Ag Solution's new graduate program that allows employees to get both field experience, professional development, and a broader understanding of Nutrien's role in the agriculture industry. During the two-year program, employees will get hands-on experience, personal and professional development, a network of peers and other stakeholders and exposure to the broader Nutrien Ag Solutions business. At the end of the program, employees will have a solid foundation that will allow them to be successful in the retail environment. Candidates are full time employees who will gain valuable hands-on experience in this program. At the conclusion of the program, the candidate will be placed into an exciting role within one of the functions within Nutrien Ag Solutions. Placement will consider several factors including business needs, available openings, participant strengths and preferences. Relocation may be required.
Engineer in Training - This rotational program combines technical training achieved at University with on-the-job training. Through formal training, mentorship and increasing levels of responsibility, you will develop your technical job skills and knowledge of business processes in our Nitrogen and Potash Business Units.
