A fast-growing technology company in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry is building digital infrastructure that accelerates R&D while ensuring regulatory compliance.

They have made strong progress on their security certifications and now need an experienced professional to complete and maintain these standards.

We're seeking a Security Administrator to lead and manage their compliance frameworks. You'll oversee SOC, ISO, and GDPR programs, strengthen their security posture, and ensure ongoing certification readiness.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve SOC, ISO, and GDPR compliance.
Implement and monitor security policies, controls, and risk frameworks.
Manage audits, evidence, and documentation.
Collaborate with technical and external audit teams.
Identify gaps and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience with SOC, ISO, and GDPR compliance.
Strong background in security governance, audits, and risk management.
Hands-on approach, able to build frameworks in a scaling environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with cloud security (AWS / Azure / GCP) preferred.

Day rate: PS350 Outside IR35
