We are looking for an Engagement Manager to lead and deliver high-impact commercial due diligence projects. You will work closely with investors, C-suite executives, and internal teams to assess market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities for target companies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end commercial due diligence engagements
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Oversee and mentor junior team members
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally from a top-tier firm
Proven track record leading CDDs, ideally within financial services, business services, or software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Comfortable working in high-pressure, deal-driven environments
