Job Specifications

Role title: SRE Performance Testing Analyst

Location: Farnborough (Hybrid 3 days per week on-site)

Day rate: £322 via Umbrella only

Must have been a UK resident for at least 5 years

Role Description

Design and implement performance testing strategies using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
Monitor and analyse system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize infrastructure.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support performance testing and deployment.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications meet performance and reliability standards.
Automate operational tasks using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Python scripts.
Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Participate in incident response and conduct root cause analysis for performance-related issues.
Document performance benchmarks, testing procedures, and system configurations.
