Job Specifications

Join a dynamic new brand specializing in cryotherapy and sports therapy as a Community Manager. In this role, you will oversee the brand’s presence across X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring consistent and engaging content that builds community and drives organic growth. You will be responsible for creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and delivering performance insights. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and sales targets.

Deliverables

Manage and grow social media channels: X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
Create and schedule three posts per week using provided photos and videos
Monitor and respond to community interactions to foster engagement
Deliver weekly performance reports via email or cloud-based service
Track and analyze key metrics to optimize content strategy
Support the development of social proof and organic audience reach

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media for brands, ideally in health, wellness, or sports sectors
Strong understanding of content creation, scheduling, and analytics tools
Demonstrated ability to build and engage online communities
Excellent written communication and organizational skills
Ability to interpret social media metrics and provide actionable insights
Experience delivering concise performance reports
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently on a part-time, contract basis
Availability for a 6-month contract, with potential for extension
