Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across 2–3 technical squads within a fast-paced Telecom OSS domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving Agile transformations, managing cross-functional teams, and fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple Agile squads to ensure timely and quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
Proactively identify and resolve delivery impediments and dependencies.
Drive team motivation, engagement, and performance through effective coaching.
Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectation management.
Maintain project tracking and visibility using JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across teams.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience (10+ years overall, 6+ years as Scrum Master).
Strong hands-on expertise with JIRA and Confluence.
Solid understanding of tribe-squad Agile models and excellent client management skills.

Good to Have Skills:

Scaled Agile (SAFe) knowledge
DevOps exposure
Basic understanding of Java/Front-end technologies
Cloud familiarity
Technical coaching and innovation mindset
