Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in strategic decision-making by transforming data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing and implementing interactive dashboards that allow internal clients to explore data autonomously and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
Identify, analyze, and interpret business data to extract relevant insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and answer business questions with key performance indicators.
Design optimized data models and document the methodology used.
Ensure the quality and integrity of the analyzed data.
Work autonomously while collaborating in an Agile environment.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business administration, or equivalent.
A Master’s in business intelligence is a plus.
5 to 10 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Good knowledge of SQL, and ideally BigQuery.
Ability to present complex concepts and present them through clear visualizations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual (FR/EN). The person will need to collaborate with stakeholders located outside of Quebec.

Working Conditions

Contract type: Full-time (35 hours/week)
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days/week at Place Ville-Marie, Montreal)
