We are recruiting a Chief Transformation & Program Officer to join the Executive Committee of a fast-growing French scale-up.

The company is part of a larger group valued at several billion euros.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic role is responsible for leading the company’s transformation by:

Redefining the operating model and governance.
Integrating AI into the core business strategy.
Building cross-functional synergies across all divisions.

Acting as a catalyst, you will ensure the seamless translation of strategy into action and action into measurable impact.

You will also serve as the architect and guardian of the organization’s ongoing transformation.

We are seeking a highly senior leader with a proven ability to drive large-scale reorganization and transformation programs.

Exceptional adaptability and strong structuring skills are essential for success in this role.

Experience in a full SaaS environment and/or within a top-tier consulting firm is a strong advantage.

A prior CxO-level position is required.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record of engaging effectively at board and executive committee levels.

Location: The company is headquartered in Montpellier, France.

You may be based anywhere in France, but this strategic Executive Committee role requires 2–3 days of on-site presence per week in Montpellier.

This is a demanding yet exciting opportunity, offering significant scope to shape, build, and lead the company’s next phase of transformation.
