About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative individual to make a major contribution to teaching and administration within the Department across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The focus of this post will be to contribute to the development and delivery of teaching in the MSc specialist stream in Security, although the successful candidate should also be able to teach on other modules.

Flexible Working

We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full-time.

About You

The successful candidate will hold a PhD or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline. A strong background in security and cryptography is essential. The appointee will also be expected to demonstrate experience in teaching a range of Computer Science topics in higher education, delivering engaging and stimulating sessions that inspire students and spark their imaginations.
