Scrum Master – Insurance | £550–£600/day (Inside IR35)

Location: London (onsite/hybrid)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months+

We’re partnering with a leading insurance broker who are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support two major programmes — one data-focused and one regulatory.

You’ll be responsible for running all ceremonies, stand-ups, and sprint planning while coordinating with US-based teams via Azure DevOps.

Key requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master within insurance or financial services
Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks
Confident facilitating ceremonies and managing distributed teams
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools

Rate: £550–£600/day (Inside IR35)
