Location: Aix-en-Provence, France.

Fulltime role.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Aix-en-Provence. You’ll support client projects, product enhancements, and collaborate across teams in EMEA and Toronto. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Occasional weekend support may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for trading applications.
Translate business needs into user stories/specifications for development and QA teams.
Act as a liaison for EMEA clients, ensuring clear communication with the Toronto project team.
Assist with functional testing, production issue investigation, and client communication.
Provide occasional weekend support as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience (including internships) in a Business or Support Analyst role.
Strong communication skills in English, with an analytical mindset.
Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and the FIX protocol.

Nice-to-Have:

Fluency in Turkish or Arabic.
Knowledge of FX, cryptocurrency, or stock trading.
