We are looking for Warehouse Manager/ Operation Manager

• Hybrid work

• Employment/Contract Type: Contract

• Location: Paris

• Duration: 1 year (with potential to be extended)

• Hours per Week: 40 (Full-time)

Description:

WMS Maintenance

Coordination of the issues raised by production team about WMS screens/data : push for Logistic management software ticket raising, participate into meetings
Coordination of issues raised by production team about conveyor/link to WMS : help restart ciuch link
Coordination of issues raised by production team about carrier having package but no package data : check carrier interfaces, push for Logistic management software ticket raising, participate into meetings
Coordination of issues found in interfaces jde/ WMS through interfaces monitoring (BO report) : raise tickets, unlock manually interfaces

JDE daily follow up

Coordination of issues found in interfaces JDE/intershop or JDE/ WMS through mcs monitoring or through production team alerts : push for jde support ticket raising,
participate into JDE P1 call
Coordination of issues found in interfaces JDE/ WMS through interfaces monitoring (BO report) : raise JDE tickets, unlock manually interfaces

EPC daily support in place

Coordination of tasks related to workplace services on place in EPC - workplace services (laptop, peripherals, printer) support : explain/help and push for support ticket raising
Subject matter expert in access support : explain/help and push for support ticket raising

Key Subject Matter Expert in Projects

SME in WMS related projects
mWMS , TMS, JDE additional developments
WMS, Infrastructure

Annual inventory support :

plan operation with production team, Logistic management software team, jde team ; prepare/clean WMS data ;
be present during inventory (3 days including weekend) ;
check file including inventory results and post it to Logistic management software and jde
