Senior Business Analyst | Financial Services | London | FTC 6 - 12 Months | Hybrid 2 days in the office - 3 days WFH | BPMN | AS IS / TO BE | Process Modelling | Gap Analysis | TOM | Transformation Project |

Our London based client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on a transformation project.

You will work closely with agile teams on the creation and refinement of requirements and user stories including scoring for prioritisation and leading on testing and quality checks.

Previous experience within Financial Services / Retail Banking is essential.

Key Skills & Experience:

Previous relevant business analytical work experience working on transformation projects within Financial Services
Business Analyst certified
BPMN accreditation
Experience of Process Mapping / AS-IS TO- BE / TOM / Documenting Standards
Advanced data analysis and expertise - Requirements elicitation / documentation and validation / process modelling / Gap analysis and impact assessments
Governance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Senior stakeholder management

Location: London

Hybrid: 2 office days / 3 days WFH

Contract: FTC 6 - 12 Months

Salary: £64k pa
