Job Title: Senior QA Engineer
Location: Scarborough, ON M1L 2P3
Work Arrangement: On-site (1 day remote possible)

Project Overview
The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day testing activities and supporting the deployment of an automated testing lab. The role involves manual and automated testing of embedded software across three main environments: equipment, building management systems, and cloud software. The long-term vision is to implement an end-to-end automated testing pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of firmware updates on embedded systems.
Conduct system testing across isolated environments.
Support the development and deployment of an automated testing lab.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality and reliability of software releases.
Manage and maintain automated testing pipelines using DevOps practices.
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
5 + years of experience in both manual and automated testing.
5 + years of experience with DevOps and automated pipeline management.
Hands on experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Background in embedded systems testing is MUST.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills for frequent interaction with users and stakeholders.
