About the Role:

Need a highly experienced and innovative Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Azure AI Services Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures The ideal candidate will have handson experience with Azure AI Foundry and be wellversed in modern frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph Hugging Face Crew AI Semantic Kernel Autogen or on the latest Microsoft Agent Framework

This role will be pivotal in designing developing and deploying intelligent agentic systems and generative AI solutions that drive business transformation and enhance user experiences

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable AI solutions using Azure AI Services including Azure OpenAI Cognitive Services and Azure Machine Learning

Design and develop agentic AI systems leveraging frameworks like LangChain LangGraph Autogen and Semantic Kernel

Build and finetune Generative AI models using Azure AI Foundry and integrate with enterprisegrade applications

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions

Lead the development of intelligent agents capable of reasoning planning and autonomous decisionmaking

Integrate thirdparty libraries and tools such as Hugging Face Transformers Crew AI and Microsoft Agent Framework

Ensure best practices in model governance prompt engineering and responsible AI

Proven experience on advanced agentic AI implementation using MCP Servers and using A2A Framework

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the AI strategy and roadmap

Required Skills Qualifications

8 years of experience in AIML development with at least 3 years in Azure AI ecosystem

Strong understanding of Generative AI LLMs and agentic architectures

Handson experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar platforms

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain LangGraph Semantic Kernel Autogen and Crew AI

Experience with Hugging Face models and deployment pipelines

Knowledge of prompt engineering vector databases and retrievalaugmented generation RAG

Excellent problemsolving communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Azure AI or Microsoft AI Engineer Associate

Experience with multiagent orchestration and autonomous systems

Familiarity with MLOps and CICD for AI workflows

Contributions to opensource AI projects or publications in AI conferences
