We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming complex data into actionable strategies. You will be responsible for developing advanced predictive models, driving customer segmentation, and providing deep business insights that directly impact product development, marketing, and overall business strategy. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using data to tell a story and drive meaningful results.

Qualifications & Experience (Must Haves)

Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a directly related field.
3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment as a Senior Data Scientist.
Proven experience working with large datasets, including both structured and unstructured data, and related tools (e.g., SQL, Hive, PySpark).
Must have professional experience coding in high-level programming languages such as Python or PySpark.
Demonstrable expertise in developing predictive models and customer segmentation using statistical and machine learning techniques.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Extensive, hands-on experience with PySpark.
Previous experience in the Financial Services (FI) industry.
