Position Summary

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will become part of our dynamic and international team at our headquarters in Mechelen, Belgium. This role offers a comprehensive view of our business processes and an opportunity to enhance your skills by gaining insights into our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update detailed reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with various teams to gather and interpret relevant data.
Provide administrative and operational support to enhance reporting efficiency.

What do we require?

2-5 Years of relevant experience working with Data or similar field
Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools such as Excel Power Query and Power BI including advanced functions and data manipulation
Familiarity with SAP BO is a plus but not mandatory.
Hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for working with numbers and a strong interest in economic and market analysis.
Business proficiency in English (very good level required).
Fluency in any of the following languages is a plus: German, Dutch, French, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, or Romanian.
