Consumer Engagement Strategist | 12 month contract Inside IR35 | Hybrid in Basingstoke | £42/hr to umbrella

Our client is a global pharma company who are looking for a Consumer Engagement Strategist to shape and deliver impactful, insight-led experiences across multiple therapy areas and markets. You’ll turn deep consumer understanding into strategies and campaigns that connect emotionally and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term consumer engagement strategies.

• Lead planning, delivery, and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns.

• Partner with media and creative agencies to localise and amplify global content.

• Ensure all activity is compliant and performance is data-driven.

• Collaborate across marketing, digital, medical, legal, and insights teams.

• Build capability and embed a consumer-first culture across the organisation.

Skills & Experience

• 8–10+ years in consumer marketing, ideally within regulated sectors.

• Strong expertise in insights, segmentation, and campaign strategy.

• Proven record of building and scaling integrated consumer campaigns.

• Skilled in analytics, leadership, and stakeholder management.

• Strategic, resilient, and passionate about consumer-led transformation.
