Brand Marketing Manager – New Healthcare Brand
3-6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

As we prepare to launch a new revolutionary healthcare brand into the retail market, we are seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract to help drive and execute our ambitious pre- and post-launch plans.
The Role:
This role will play a pivotal role in leading the charge to build, execute, and scale this new brand to the market. This is a rare opportunity to work on an innovative patented product that bridges healthcare and consumer markets, leveraging your expertise to bring our vision to life. You will be responsible for developing and executing a pre-launch brand and community building strategy, with a strong focus on both retail and professional channels, to establish our brand as a leader in its category.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Working closely with the founder, our partner agency and internal teams to support the development of the brand strategy, positioning, and messaging to effectively communicate the value of our product to target audiences
Community Strategy and Execution: Work closely with the founding team this role will lead the building and management of a pre and post launch community of highly engaged professionals, consumers, journalists and KOLs.
Full-Funnel Marketing: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, with focus on community recruitment alongside building PR a network and industry partnerships.
Content Excellence: Build and execute a strong content strategy and plan to ensure the brand is distinctive and engaging across all channels.
Professional Channel: Work closely with our Dr co-founder to build an innovative approach to the professional channel including all relevant educational assets as well as community management.
Trade Marketing: work closely with our Sales Team and launch partners to create amazing instore moments to drive sales and early adoption of a new brand in category.
Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, ensuring the brand remains ahead of the curve.
Brand Calendar Management: Oversee the master brand launch calendar across marketing and trade.
Budget Management: Own the pre-launch marketing budget, allocating spend and budgets to drive brand awareness, equity and effectiveness of campaigns
About You:
You are an ambitious, dynamic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll be a natural leader, capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, and you’ll bring a proven track record of success in building and scaling brands from the ground up.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven Experience: 5-7+ years of marketing experience, with a significant focus in Start-up, scale up of challenger/founder led brands
Knowledge in building digital communities and marketing strategies: Demonstrated success in building and engaging communities across digital that has shown to effectively build brand awareness, consideration and trial
Channel Expertise: Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including retail, digital, social, and PR.
Retail Marketing: Experience working with retail partners, creating in-store marketing campaigns, and driving retail sales growth.
Innovative Mindset: A passion for working on disruptive brands with a desire to challenge the status quo and think outside the box.
Strategy with a can do attitude: Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills that enables critical review of marketing campaign performance against KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners as well as presenting to key stakeholders
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand stories.
