Accountabilities
Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js
Translate AI and user insights into practical product improvements, ensuring seamless user experiences
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and deliver solutions end-to-end
Take ownership of projects from conception to launch, including code quality, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Contribute to architecture and system design decisions for scalable and maintainable applications
Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to integrate capabilities that enhance the platform
Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture
Requirements
10+ years of experience building complex, production-grade applications with deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js
Strong foundation in computer science and modern software architecture principles, with proven application in real-world products
Product mindset: ability to think beyond code, understand user needs, and propose impactful solutions
Demonstrated ownership and accountability for end-to-end project delivery
Familiarity with AI coding assistants and understanding of the AI landscape to translate capabilities into practical features
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills within fast-paced, cross-functional teams
Experience working in dynamic or early-stage environments, with the ability to create clarity and drive execution
Passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation in software development
