Job Specifications

In this assignment, you will play a key role in driving governance, compliance and operational excellence across supplier and service-related activities. Your main responsibilities include:

Reviewing and enhancing sourcing, procurement, vendor and service governance policies and procedures

Supporting the integration of DORA requirements into operational practices

Collecting and analysing data from IT and non-IT teams for regulatory and risk assessments

Assessing supplier criticality and contributing to reporting obligations

Supporting the optimisation and development of internal tools (O365, ServiceNow)

Ensuring smooth collaboration between IT, Business and management stakeholders

Contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives in an Agile-driven environment

You bring:

10+ years of experience in Vendor Management, IT Service Management, Procurement, Outsourcing or similar fields

Strong understanding of governance frameworks and third-party risk management

Experience working in regulated environments and/or with ICT-related regulations (DORA is a plus)

Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to engage with all levels including management

Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude and ability to operate autonomously

Experience with Agile environments is an asset

Ability to communicate clearly and structure complex information
