Our client is an early-stage, well-funded fintech venture building a next-generation trading platform that brings 24/7 access, advanced leverage, and cutting-edge performance to traditional financial assets. Backed by top-tier Silicon Valley investors, they’re reimagining how modern markets should operate — and they’re looking for a founding engineer to shape the core architecture from day one.

What You’ll Need

A strong STEM degree from a top-ranked university (or equivalent academic excellence)
Proven experience with high-performance languages (Rust, C, C++)
3+ years working on real-time trading systems, exchanges, or HFT platforms

Bonus Points

Fintech, exchange, or low-latency engineering experience
Expertise with Rust
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, or distributed systems
