Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role located in various Edmonton communities. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by overseeing sales activities, building relationships with potential homebuyers, and leading a team of sales professionals. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the home-buying process. The role also involves effectively presenting San Rufo Homes' unique offerings and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide a sales team
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and sales practices in Alberta
Strategic Planning and Problem Solving capabilities to drive sales targets and growth
Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an asset
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Previous experience in the construction or homebuilding industries is preferred
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
