Location: Bordeaux (2 days/week onsite)

About the Role

Within the Data AI Tribe, under the Smart Automation domain, the Product Owner will lead the evolution of AI platforms across Arval’s global network (presence in 30+ countries).

This role bridges product ownership, agile delivery, and AI-driven innovation, with a strong focus on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) using NLP, OCR, and Machine Learning technologies.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Governance:
Define and maintain the roadmap for AI and document management platforms. Prioritize the backlog and align with business and AI capabilities.
AI & IDP Integration:
Lead adoption of NLP, OCR, and ML technologies to automate document classification, extraction, and validation.
Cross-Platform Integration:
Ensure smooth integration with enterprise platforms, including e-signature, archiving, and compliance systems.
Agile Leadership:
Facilitate agile ceremonies (Grooming, Sprint Planning, QBR, etc.) and foster continuous improvement in AI model iteration cycles.
International Collaboration:
Coordinate with distributed teams in France and the Netherlands, working closely with the Corporate Data Office and global business units.

Key Strengths

Strong understanding of document lifecycle automation and AI capabilities
Proven ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions
Experience managing cross-functional, international teams
Fluent in both technical and business communication

Preferred Tools & Technologies

Experience or interest in AI platforms and automation tools
Familiarity with OCR/ICR tools such as ABBYY
Understanding of agile frameworks and backlog governance
