Role Overview
As the HR Intern at Liberty Exports, you won’t just be “helping” the HR team — you’ll be leading from the front.
From hiring global interns to designing engagement activities, from performance tracking to crafting recognition systems - you will be the heartbeat of our remote internship program.
Over the 6-month period, you will:
Run multiple recruitment cycles for different teams.
Build and maintain an engaged, productive, and happy virtual workspace.
Gain in-depth, practical HR experience in a truly global work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Conduct hiring rounds, onboard interns from various departments, and ensure a smooth start.
Engagement & Retention: Keep interns motivated with structured communication, mentorship, and creative activities.
Performance Monitoring: Track tasks, provide feedback, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Team-Building Initiatives: Organize virtual events, games, and activities that enhance team spirit.
Weekly Reporting: Maintain intern records and compile weekly performance reports for management.
Recognition Programs: Lead the “Intern of the Month” program and design performance-based reward systems.
Gamified Motivation: Manage a point-based leaderboard to encourage productivity and healthy competition.
HR Process Enhancement: Assist in improving frameworks, developing templates, and shaping HR policies.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership qualities and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Creative thinking for engagement and team-building activities.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Previous experience in leadership, HR, or campus roles is a plus (but not mandatory).
