Skills And Competencies
Strong quantitative background, with exposure to scenario generation, asset valuation, or portfolio optimization models
Familiarity with buy-side investment strategies, including multi-asset solutions and risk management frameworks, is a plus
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, asset specialists, and technology teams
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and SaaS investment analytics tools is a plus
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or related quantitative discipline
Available for a 10-week internship from June 15 to August 21, 2026
Responsibilities
As part of the Asset Management business unit, the Summer Intern will contribute to the development of AI-driven solutions that enhance portfolio management and client engagement. The intern will focus on applying advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to address real-world challenges faced by asset managers, consultants, and pension plans.
Designing and implementing AI-based tools to support asset allocation and portfolio optimization
Developing innovative solutions such as natural language interfaces for client interactions and multi-period optimization models
Streamlining reporting processes and creating automated workflows for client presentations
Collaborating with product managers, asset specialists, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
Operating independently on assigned projects while maintaining regular check-ins with team members
Staying current with emerging AI technologies and applying them to deliver impactful outcomes
