Role: Programme Manager / Delivery Lead - AI Rollout - Contract Role

Seniority: Mid and Senior levels

Day rate: Estimate £400-£700 Outside IR35

Project duration: 6 months with potential extension. Starting asap with optional ramp-up period

Location: Hybrid in/around London

We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide.

They're seeking a Programme Manager / Delivery Lead with AI experience to support in an ongoing strategic AI programme for a client in the life science industry.

Tasks

Translate AI and technical concepts into clear, actionable delivery plans for senior individuals and executives ready to review

Drive governance and structure across each domain areas through consistent frameworks, reporting, and delivery standards

Oversee reporting and communications, ensuring visibility of progress, risks, and value

Requirements

An independent consultant

Experience orchestrating AI programmes and/or projects - especially GenAI program delivery and data-driven initiatives

Large programme delivery experience, ideally with experience full-time at a consultancy

Nice-to-have: Pharma or life sciences industry experience
