In this role, you will
Lead frontend development for user interfaces, integrating with backend services for AI features.
Own product features from ideation to deployment: Participate in design discussions, architect solutions, implement code, and iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable features.
Maintain high standards in code architecture, testing, and system reliability.
Mentor junior engineers and share best practices in frontend technologies.
Work with PMs, designers, and AI/infra specialists to deliver features that advance our execution OS.
Guide frontend tech choices, including frameworks, design systems, and integrations.
Balance rapid prototyping with building robust, long term solutions.
Contribute to the technical roadmap by identifying opportunities to improve user experiences.
Promote a culture of engineering excellence, collaboration, and AI innovation.

Must Haves
2+ years of experience in frontend engineering.
Production experience with React and TypeScript.
Nice to Haves
Experience at high growth companies (e.g., FAANG or top startups).
Track record of shipping user facing features end to end in dynamic environments.
Strong collaboration skills with designers, PMs, and engineers.
Expertise in testing, code maintenance, and performance optimization.
Willingness to learn new technologies as we scale.

Familiarity with full stack development (e.g., Node/Next.js, Prisma/Postgres).

Logistics
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Location: Hybrid — we’re in the office in Palo Alto, CA near the Caltrain station from Tuesday to Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays remote.
