UC Solutions Architect - Endpoint Solutions
Sev1Tech is looking for a UC (Unified Communications) Solutions Architect to support a team providing enterprise IT operations support for a DHS customer.
Project Focus: Infrastructure Management and Operations - monitoring, incident response, cybersecurity, system administration, patching, unified communications, hosting - with an emphasis on automation to:
Minimize manual intervention, improve efficiency, and reduce human errors
Implement platforms that orchestrate work-flows for end-to-end task execution
Utilize AI and predictive analytics to detect anomalies, predict failures, and initiate self-healing processes to reduce downtime and improve system resilience Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Skill set/work experience equivalent to Cisco CCDP or CCNP Collaboration with a focus on design and planning
Minimum of 5 years of experience working within the IT field, focusing on UC delivery mechanisms and their utilization by customers throughout an enterprise Eligibility/Clearance Requirements
