We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our client’s team in Belgium!

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region. You’ll represent a leading brand offering tailored services, including international moving, destination services, relocation management, and global mobility solutions to corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including HR and Global Mobility Managers within target organisations.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate clients, fostering long-term, profitable relationships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
Meet and exceed annual revenue and profitability targets through proactive business generation.
Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and service awareness.
Lead and coordinate responses to RFQs and RFPs, engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at industry events, networking forums, and conferences.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic positioning.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system.

Required Skills:

Fluency in French, Dutch, and English – both written and spoken – is essential.
Strong ability to consultatively sell multiple services across mobility and moving solutions.
Experience identifying stakeholders and navigating complex corporate decision-making processes.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Natural relationship builder with strong networking capabilities.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ethical, trustworthy, and professional in all business dealings.
