Lead Frontend Developer | Shopify | Fast-Growing Consumer Brand

London - Hybrid

We’re working with one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer brands, scaling fast and looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to own and evolve their e-commerce experience.

You’ll lead the migration to Shopify, optimise performance and conversion across the customer journey, and collaborate with marketing and ops to create seamless, high-impact digital experiences.

What you’ll do

Build and scale a high-performing Shopify frontend
Optimise UX, site speed, and conversions
Integrate third-party tools and internal systems
Drive technical best practice and lead the Shopify migration

What we’re looking for

4+ years’ full-stack experience, 2+ with Shopify
Strong in Liquid, JS (ES6+), CSS/SCSS
Deep understanding of e-commerce and conversion optimisation
Experience with APIs, integrations, and performance tuning
Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and accountability
