Job Specifications

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the pre-sales team with preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain records related to network solutions, proposals, and internal communications
Coordinate project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
Support internal teams with troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues (Level 1 and 2)
Manage ticketing systems and escalate issues to appropriate technical teams
Stay current on network products and internal processes
Help streamline administrative workflows and improve team productivity

Key Qualifications:

Network knowledge and hands-on experience with network devices and troubleshooting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network ticketing systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
